Ted Dykstra is a Supervising Broker at Keller Williams Realty Northwest Montana located in Kalispell and is a fifth-generation Flathead Valley native. After 25 years of retail sales and management, Ted Jr joined his father, Ted Dykstra Sr, in the family-owned brokerage, Ted Dykstra Real Estate in 1998. Ted Jr’s career immediately exploded – selling 48 homes his first eight months as an agent and continued to grow from there. With his father’s desire to retire, Ted Jr purchased the brokerage in the summer of 2003 and continued building the business to a total of 36 sales agents. However, when the housing market collapsed in the fall of 2008, Ted Jr sold the brokerage and moved his license to another firm where he met Terry Burback – who was just starting her real estate career. By August 2015, the TNT Group formed shortly after Ted and Terry joined with Keller Williams Realty Northwest Montana.
